Provider Organizations are private (nonprofit and for-profit) agencies who have been licensed and certified through the State of Oregon Department of Human Services under the Support Services for Adults rule Chapter 411-340-0170.
These agencies provide a wide array of services to people with developmental disabilities. At least every two years, they must be "re-certified" by the State of Oregon. For more information, please click here.
