We have chosen the koi fish as part of our organization's logo because of its symbolism.

Koi fish are considered by many to be the most spirited of fish, so full of energy and power that they can fight their way up swift-running streams and cascades. Because of strength and determination to overcome all obstacles, koi stand for courage and the ability to attain high goals.

The koi is an appropriate symbol to encourage the overcoming of challenges leading to consequent success.
